Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 21, 2026
This Refund Policy explains when fees paid to MUVguard, LLC may be eligible for refund. MUVguard provides digital coordination, planning, and workflow services for moving logistics. MUVguard does not transport goods, does not operate trucks, and does not act as a moving carrier or broker.
Fees are charged for coordination and planning services and do not guarantee any specific outcome, provider selection, or completed move.
All refund decisions are subject to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, and the status of work already performed.
1. Activation Fee
The Activation Fee is a non-recurring fee charged for the creation of your MUVguard move planning and coordination workflow.
- Full Refund: If MUVguard determines that your move cannot be approved or cannot proceed through our system.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel before work begins, less reasonable administrative processing costs, if applicable.
- No Refund: Once work has materially begun or your Move Plan has been created, reviewed, or delivered.
2. When Activation Work Begins
Activation services are considered started once MUVguard begins work on your request, including but not limited to:
- reviewing your submitted move details,
- creating your Move Plan,
- starting coordination workflows,
- initiating communication outreach, or
- performing provider sourcing efforts.
Because these are digital and process-based services, value may be delivered before any final move is booked.
3. Coordination Fee
The Coordination Fee applies only if you choose to move forward with MUVguard’s coordination services. This fee covers sourcing, planning, and coordination efforts related to your move.
- Full Refund: If cancelled within 24 hours of payment.
- 50% Refund: If cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled move date.
- No Refund: If cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled move date.
4. Move Day and Provider Issues
- Once coordination work has been executed, the service is considered delivered.
- Delays, scheduling issues, or performance issues caused by independent third-party providers do not automatically qualify for a refund from MUVguard.
- If a provider fails to appear and no replacement can be arranged, MUVguard may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund of the Coordination Fee.
- Any refund outside the stated policy is issued only at MUVguard’s sole discretion.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:
- you change your mind after work has already begun,
- you decide not to proceed after planning or coordination work has started,
- an independent provider causes a delay, pricing change, or dispute,
- you cancel within the non-refundable coordination window described above, or
- services were delivered in accordance with our Terms of Service.
6. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact support@muvguard.com and include your name, the email used for your order, and a brief explanation of your request.
Refund requests are reviewed based on the fee paid, the timing of the request, and whether services have already been performed.
7. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact MUVguard before initiating a chargeback. Many issues can be resolved faster through direct review.
By purchasing services from MUVguard, you acknowledge that:
- services may begin immediately upon payment,
- services are digital and process-based, and
- services may become non-refundable once work has been performed.
8. Related Terms
This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between this page and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control.
